[Mechanism]

A Diterpene class of antibiotics is newer than tiamulin animal antibiotics. Valnemulin has strong ability of antibacterial, broad antibacterial spectrum. Through combination with pathogenic microorganisms on the ribosome 50 s subunits, inhibiting pathogenic microbial protein synthesis, then kill pathogenic microorganisms. Internal and absorb can quickly, the blood concentrations of peak time in 1-4 hours. Bioavailability is more than 90%. It is widely distributed in the body, high drug concentration in lung and liver tissue, often several times higher than that of plasma concentration. 1.During the use of Valnemulin Hydrochloride or before and after 5 days of medication, don't give any ionophore drugs which like salinomycin, methyl salinomycin and monemin.
