The Animal Healthcare Factory (or “Xinxing Chemicals Branch”) is a subsidiary of Guangdong Wens Dahuanong Biotechnology Co., Ltd. The Animal Healthcare Factory is an integration of R&D, production, sales and technical services of drugs for poultry, pigs, cows and pets. The products covers veterinary chemicals, veterinary traditional Chinese medicine preparations and disinfectants. It is one of the largest domestic veterinary pharmaceutical R&D enterprises.

The company has attached great importance to technical innovation and product R&D. Depending on the strong scientific research strength of Guangdong Wens Dahuanong and Wens Shares, it has specially set up a R&D team with professors and doctors as the core, and has successively established the “Guangdong Provincial Research Center of Animal Health Product Engineering and Technology” and “Dahuanong Animal Drug R&D Center” and other R&D platforms. It serves as the vice-chairman institute for “Branch of Veterinary Pharmacology and Toxicology in China Veterinary Drug Association” and “Strategic Alliance for Technological Innovation in Veterinary Chemicals Industry”.

At present, the factory has acquired six new veterinary drugs of national category II and ten new veterinary drugs of category III and IV such as "Valnemulin Hydrochloride", "Echinacea purpurea" and "Cefalonium". The company has acquired 15 national granted invention patents and 2 national granted utility model patents. In recent years, the company has undertaken and participated in 2 major special projects in the national “13th Five-Year Plan” and 3 strategic new emerging industry projects and industry-university-research projects with remarkable scientific research achievements.The company has cooperated with many famous universities such as South China Agricultural University and Beijing Feed Research Institute to foster a virtuous circle of production, universities and research.

The company is committed to becoming a world-leading enterprise for production of animal health-care products. At present, there are 8 GMP production workshops in two parks: Wens Technical Park and Xincheng Industrial Park in Xinxing County. The company has 13 GMP production lines for powder products, pulvis, granula products, oral solution, injection fluid, disinfectant, Chinese medicine extraction and breast injection.The company has invested heavily in establishing the national first-ranking advanced production lines such as the hot-melt spray granulation, spray-drying, continuous counter-current extraction, fully automatic powder needle (water needle) packaging, A vertical powder/premix production line is established with a production rate of 8 tons per hour according to the new GMP standard of the Ministry of Agriculture of China. The breast injection production line is established by adopting the international advanced Bottom Filling technology according to the GMP standard of human medicine. The Traditional Chinese Medicine Powder Workshop is the first one in China equipped with fully automatic and fully closed production line. The production of traditional Chinese medicine preparations forms a whole product chain of traditional Chinese medicine such as deep processing of Chinese herbal medicines (decoction pieces, extraction), oral solution/granules/spray/injection. The company has become a national-level high-tech enterprise with complete GMP production lines of veterinary medicines. With the advanced R&D production technologies, it has more than 200 animal products for poultry, livestock, pets and so on.
