Wens Foodstuffs Group established the Dahua Agricultural ManagementCommittee on May 14, 2020. In order to better manage the Dahua Agriculturalindustry of Wens Foodstuffs Group and achieve greater and more distant mediumand long-term development goals, following the principle of "openrecruitment and professional management," the Dahua AgriculturalManagement Committee has decided to publicly recruit an Executive VicePresident to lead the Dahua Agricultural animal health protection industrymanagement team and achieve the new goals of the Dahua Agricultural Five-YearPlan (2020-2024). The specific notice is as follows:

I.Recruitment Principles

II. Position Objectives and Responsibilities

1.Position Objectives

To achieve the main business targetsof the Dahua Agricultural Five-Year Plan (2020-2024), accelerate thecomprehensive development of the market, and promote Dahua Agricultural toachieve greater and more distant development goals.

2.Responsibilities

2.1 Manage the daily production andoperation of Dahuanong, and implement the resolutions of theManagement Committee.

2.2 Organize and implement thedevelopment strategy, business plan, budget plan, and project investment planof Dahuanong.

2.3 Propose the organizationalstructure plan for Dahuanong.

2.4 Propose the management system andincentive plan for Dahuanong.

2.5 Nominate candidates for theposition of Vice President.

III. Candidate Qualification Requirements

1.Upright character, fair and justconduct.

2.Strong interest in entrepreneurshipand a sense of responsibility.

3.Have a global perspective and theability to analyze and research international factors related to the company'sindustry.

4.Possess strong strategic insight,business decision-making, comprehensive market, innovation and development,organizational leadership abilities, and meticulous thinking.

5.Have executive experience in animalhealth protection enterprises with a scale of over 1 billion, with richindustry and government resources; or have work experience in the agriculturaland animal husbandry government departments at or above the level of director;or have a senior professional title, and be an expert in the animal husbandryand veterinary industry or enterprise management.

6.Identify with Wens FoodstuffsGroup's corporate culture, actively cooperate with the President of DahuaAgricultural and the Management Committee and create a harmonious and unitedworking atmosphere.

7.Possess a bachelor's degree orabove, and be under 55 years old, with abundant energy. In special cases orwith very advantageous conditions, the age limit may be appropriately relaxed.

8.The Chairman, President of WensFoodstuffs Group, and the Deputy Director of the Dahua Agricultural ManagementCommittee have the right to recommend candidates.

IV. Recruitment Organization Plan

1.Establishment of the ReviewCommittee

The Review Committee is composed ofmembers of the Dahua Agricultural Management Committee and relevant personnelfrom the Human Resources Department of Wens Foodstuffs Group.

2.Time and Location

The recruitment will be held aroundJune 5, 2020.

Location: Multi-function hall on thesecond floor of the office building, Dahuanong Division, WensTechnology Park, Xinxing County, Yunfu City, Guangdong Province.

3.Recruitment Registration

The registration period is 2 weeks (14days, including weekends) after the announcement of the recruitment notice.Interested candidates must send the registration form (see attachment) andspeech PPT to the Dahua Agricultural email dhn@gddhn.com by June 2, 2020; the qualification review ofthe registered candidates will be completed on June 4, 2020, and those who meetthe qualifications will be notified to participate in the formal recruitment.

4.Recruitment Process

4.1 Candidates draw lots to determinethe order of speech.

4.2 The host explains the recruitmentprocess and rules.

4.3 Candidates give speeches in turn,demonstrating through PPT their understanding of the position, theircompetence, work ideas, and specific implementation measures for the Five-YearPlan targets (each speech should be within 30 minutes).

4.4 After the speech, candidatesanswer questions raised by the Review Committee.

4.5 The Review Committee scores.

4.6 Staff members tally the scores.

4.7 The Review Committee discussesbased on the scoring results, and the head of the Review Committee convenes ameeting to form a recruitment resolution.
