From May 4th to 5th, 2018, the inspection
team of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Agriculture's Veterinary Drug
GMP Working Committee conducted an on-site inspection of the implementation of
GMP for veterinary diagnostic products at Zhaoqing Dahuanong Company. This
inspection was the 5th acceptance inspection, focusing on the immunological
diagnostic products (Class A) production line (dynamic).
The inspection team, based on the company's
production line, product types, and production processes, conducted an
operational assessment of the antigen coating operation for the chicken
infectious bursal disease virus ELISA antibody detection kit, which is part of
the immunological diagnostic reagents (Class A) production line. They also held
a discussion meeting to assess the key personnel's theoretical knowledge of
national regulations and their professional quality.
After a comprehensive evaluation of the
on-site and discussion assessments, the inspection team determined that the
results were satisfactory, and the relevant personnel's theoretical knowledge
and professional quality met the requirements. No serious deficiencies were
found during the on-site inspection, and the inspection score was 97.2 points,
successfully passing the GMP dynamic acceptance inspection for the
immunological diagnostic products (Class A) production line with a high score.
Zhaoqing Dahuanong Company will continue to innovate in production processes,
break through process technologies, and improve product quality, striving to
make diagnostic reagent products a highlight of the company's offerings.
