At 14:50 on the afternoon of June 8th, the company's office
collected and understood the flood situation of various units. The current
situation is reported as follows:
Our company is located in a higher terrain in Dawang, so the
impact of water accumulation is relatively small. However, due to the backflow
of municipal drainage pipes, some road surfaces have accumulated water.
Production is proceeding as normal, and we have arranged for flood control and
environmental protection emergency preparations.
At 12:00 on June 8th, the water level at the Dragon King Temple
Reservoir in the High-tech Zone was 8.35 meters, the water level at the Dongwei
Station was 2.30 meters, the water level at the Baisha Station was 2.40 meters,
the water level at the Duhe Station was 1.25 meters, and the water level at the
Xiwei Station was 2.10 meters. All electric pumping stations in the district
are working at full capacity to pump water.
From 0:00 to 11:00 on June 8th, the Dragon King Temple Reservoir
station recorded 127mm of rainfall, the Dawang Agriculture and Forestry Bureau
station recorded 177.5mm of rainfall, and the Dawang Water Conservancy Bureau
station recorded 146.5mm of rainfall.
Rainfall information at 11:00 on June 8th: In the past 3 hours,
two rainfall stations recorded more than 50.0 millimeters of rainfall, with the
Dragon King Temple Reservoir station in Zhaoqing's Dawang District recording
54.5 millimeters and the Dawang Agriculture and Forestry Bureau station in
Zhaoqing's Dawang District recording 58.5 millimeters. Please be aware of
potential localized disasters.
