The Dahuanong Animal Health Products Factory Testing Center successfully passed the CNAS on-site review for the first time.

From July 28 to 29, 2018, a three-person expert review team from the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) visited the Testing Center of the Animal Health Products Factory of Guangdong Wens Foodstuffs Dahuanong Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dahuanong Animal Health Products Factory Testing Center") to conduct the initial on-site review for laboratory accreditation.

The review team experts, based on the "Criteria for the Accreditation of Testing and Calibration Laboratories" (CNAS-CL01:2006), "Application Guidelines for the Criteria for the Accreditation of Testing and Calibration Laboratories in the Field of Chemical Testing" (CNAS-CL10:2012), and other related criteria, conducted a comprehensive review of the quality management system operation and testing capabilities of the Dahuanong Animal Health Products Factory Testing Center through methods such as listening to reports, reviewing records, assessment questions, on-site experiments, and blind sample assessments. After two days of on-site testing and assessment, the review team experts unanimously agreed that the Dahuanong Animal Health Products Factory Testing Center complies with the CNAS laboratory accreditation criteria and its related requirements in terms of personnel, equipment, materials, methods, environment, and measurement. The review team unanimously agreed that the Dahuanong Animal Health Products Factory Testing Center passed this on-site review.

The Dahuanong Animal Health Products Factory Testing Center has been committed to the detection of veterinary drug residues and the testing of veterinary chemical drugs/Chinese herbal medicines. The CNAS laboratory accreditation further confirms that the testing center has international standards of normativity and credibility, and also lays a solid foundation for applying for GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) and GCP (Good Clinical Practice). The Dahuanong Animal Health Products Factory Testing Center will earnestly implement the suggestions for improvement from this review, strengthen learning, and continuously improve the management level and technical capabilities of the testing center.
