At the meeting, Chen Ruiai summarized the highlights and effectiveness of the Dahuanong Business Division's work in 2018, analyzed the situation of the animal protection industry in 2019, as well as the opportunities and challenges encountered, and deployed key work for 2019. She pointed out that in 2018, under the correct guidance and help of the group, and with the joint efforts of all cadres and employees, the Dahuanong Business Division mainly achieved the following five aspects of work effectiveness: first, by strongly grasping market opportunities and adjusting strategies in a timely manner, the economic targets for the whole year were fully completed; second, scientific and technological innovation has created a good situation, and a number of new products and new business income have been obtained; third, by strengthening internal control management, controlling costs, stabilizing quality, ensuring safe supply and safe sales; fourth, actively tracking and researching African swine fever prevention and control technology, actively developing a variety of disinfectants, providing product support for the group to win the battle against African swine fever; fifth, by leveraging organizational advantages, integrating the strength of the business division and the fourth-level units, strengthening management, and improving performance appraisal management level.
