The Dahuanong Business Division Successfully Completes the 2019 Third New Employee Training Session

From August 26th to 27th, the Dahuanong Business Division conducted the third new employee training session of 2019, with a total of 27 new employees from the Biological Medicine Company and the Chemical Medicine Company participating. The new hires, mainly scientific researchers and technical service personnel, included 10 master's degree holders and 11 bachelor's degree holders, accounting for approximately 80% with undergraduate or higher education levels. The training covered an overview of the development of Wens Foodstuff Group and the Dahuanong Business Division, basic human resource management systems, common office system operations and usage, financial management systems, and knowledge of safety production. The training was conducted through lectures, supplemented with videos, games, and sharing sessions, which allowed new employees to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company and enhanced their sense of work responsibility.

Vice President of the Group and President of the Dahuanong Business Division, Chen Rui'ai, shared his work experience and insights from many years at the group, and put forward five work requirements for the new employees: First, to cherish the employment opportunity and learn and carry forward the "create and share together" corporate culture of Wens Foodstuff; Second, to perform their duties well according to the business skills required by their positions and develop good professional qualities; Third, to leverage their professional advantages, engage in more communication and learning, and improve work capabilities; Fourth, to comply with national laws, regulations, and company rules and regulations, be a team player, be dedicated to their jobs, and improve work efficiency; Fifth, to promote the entrepreneurial spirit of Wens Foodstuff and be a qualified striver within the company.

The participants gave high praise to the event and the trainers, expressing their intention to deeply consider the spirit of the president's speech, to utilize their strengths in their positions, and to contribute to the development of Wens Foodstuff.
