On May 22-23, Dahuanong Business Department held the first quarter of 2020 administrative manpower system meeting. The meeting conveyed the spirit of the Group's establishment of the Dahuanong Management Committee and the recent operation and management related meetings of the business division, requiring the cadres and employees of the administrative human resources system to seize the new opportunity of the establishment of the Dahuanong Management Committee, take the initiative to act in promoting the new round of reform and exploration of Dahuanong, and fully base themselves on their own positions. Comprehensively implement key tasks such as administrative office, human resource management, scientific research and innovation, safety management and project management deployed by the business department, ensure and support the smooth implementation of production and operation plans, work together to complete the production and operation targets in 2020, and establish a stable foundation for subsequent reform and development.

Team building outreach activities
The participants shared their experiences on strengthening the
capacity building of functional departments, optimizing the training planning
and organization, reserving talents, strengthening the supervision of
production and operation at the grass-roots level, and discussed and exchanged
ideas on how to seize new opportunities, promote the professional construction
of administrative human resources system, and better serve production and
operation. Through special training and team building and expansion activities,
the team cohesion was further enhanced, and the awareness of team cooperation
and the enthusiasm of officers were enhanced.
