On June 7, the General Office of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress organized Ma Fengguo, Member of the Seventh Legislative Council of Hong Kong, President of the Hong Kong Federation of Chinese Literary Federation and vice chairman of the Hong Kong Chinese Culture Promotion Center, as the group leader.
