The Quality Management Department's semi-finished product team of Zhaoqing Dahuanong was awarded the "Zhaoqing City Trustworthy Team" and "Outstanding Management Team" awards.

On September 7th, the Zhaoqing Quality Association, the Zhaoqing Federation of Trade Unions, the Zhaoqing Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Zhaoqing Women's Federation, and the Zhaoqing Association for Science and Technology jointly held a commendation conference for advanced collectives in the quality improvement activities of Zhaoqing City. The semi-finished product team of the Quality Management Department of Zhaoqing Dahuanong was honored with the "2023 Zhaoqing City Trustworthy Team" award.

This award is an evaluation of how basic administrative teams in enterprises apply quality management theories and effective quality management methods to steadily enhance the quality of products, services, and work, distinctively promote quality management efforts, and create significant value for stakeholders. The semi-finished product team in the Quality Management Department of Zhaoqing Dahuanong has firmly established the concept of "always questioning production, always questioning quality" in their work. They adhere to the work policy of "quality first, continuous improvement," and over the years have continuously improved their professional knowledge and work skills, innovating and reforming inspection technology, actively cooperating with production, unconditionally serving production, enhancing product quality, and achieving excellent results.

The conference also commended four outstanding management teams from Zhaoqing Dahuanong Biological Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., whose projects were: solving the problem of non-compliant salinity in PBS, reducing the contamination rate of microbial strain amplification, improving the qualification rate of cell line inoculation, and reducing the natural gas consumption in the disposal of waste embryos. All four teams were awarded the Silver Award for Excellent Quality Management Teams of Zhaoqing City in 2023.
