On July 6th-7th, 2024, the Office of the Veterinary GMP Working Committee of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs dispatched a team of experts to conduct a dynamic on-site inspection of the "Cell Culture Virus Inactivated Vaccine" production line, which was renovated and expanded at the original site of Zhaoqing Dahuanong, in accordance with the Veterinary GMP standards.
After listening to the company's acceptance report, the expert group, in accordance with the veterinary GMP acceptance standards, conducted a comprehensive inspection of the "Cell Culture Virus Inactivated Vaccine" production line, quality control laboratory, laboratory animal room, sewage treatment station, hazardous materials warehouse, and finished product warehouse. At the same time, they strictly reviewed the relevant document records and materials. Based on the company's production line, product types, and production processes, the inspection team conducted on-site operation assessments for key personnel and assessed the company's production and testing personnel on national regulations, technical standards, equipment management, and corporate quality management documents. After full discussion by the inspection team, it is recommended that the Cell Culture Virus Inactivated Vaccine production line of Zhaoqing Dahuanong Biological Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. be recognized as a qualified veterinary GMP production line.
Deputy Director of the Provincial Agricultural Product Quality Safety Center, Li Yuelong, attended the meeting, and Zhaoqing City sent observers to witness the enterprise acceptance process. Director Li Yuelong expressed his heartfelt thanks to the expert group for their hard work, fully affirmed the achievements made by Dahuanong in the animal health industry, and required that the deficiencies found during the acceptance process should be promptly corrected according to the experts' opinions. He stated that there is no best in GMP, only better, and hopes that the employees of Dahuanong will hold themselves to higher standards, deepen product quality control, effectively improve product quality, and set an industry benchmark.
The group's Chief Operating Officer and Chairman of Dahuanong, Chen Ruiai, pointed out that the employees of Zhaoqing Dahuanong should quickly formulate a rectification plan according to the deficiencies proposed by the experts and organize personnel to accelerate the rectification. He thanked the experts for their valuable and practical opinions, which are very helpful in improving the company's GMP management level. He hopes that the cadres and employees of Zhaoqing will benchmark against industry leaders, vigorously develop new quality production forces, and that the new production line and new processes should have new development and benefits. As an established enterprise, it is even more necessary to maintain high standards and strict requirements, continuously improve, and provide more high-quality, safe, and efficient products for the breeding industry, serving society better.
The successful acceptance of the production line this time signifies that Zhaoqing Dahuanong has made progress in terms of hardware production capabilities, quality management, technological advancement, and personnel quality. The new production line and new varieties will promote the new development of Dahuanong.
