Chairman Wen Zhifen Proposes that Dahuanong Should Rely on Increasing Production and Efficiency to Lead Industry Development

On the morning of June 12, a delegation consisting of Wen Zhifen, Chairman of Wens Foodstuffs Group, Yan Jiran, President, Wen Xiaoqiong, Executive Vice President, Wen Junsheng, Director, and Yan Peihua, Deputy General Manager of the Human Resources Department, visited the new premix workshop, additive workshop, traditional Chinese medicine deep processing powder workshop, and granulator workshop in Xinxing for research. During the visit, they gained a detailed understanding of the production workshop's capacity settings, automation levels, production processes, personnel arrangements, and assessments, and then held a discussion with general manager-level executives and relevant department personnel of the Dahuanong Division.

The board's research team listened to the work report of the Dahuanong Division and discussed the priority of efficiency.

At the discussion meeting, Wen Zhifen pointed out that as one of the two major industrial enterprises of the group, the Dahuanong Division should implement the concept of "efficiency first" in all its work. After the group absorbed Dahuanong in 2015 and went public as a whole, the industry influence of Dahuanong has weakened for various reasons in recent three years. The Dahuanong Division should have a sense of crisis and urgency, and reshape its former glory through increasing production and improving efficiency. In this regard, Wen Zhifen put forward five guiding opinions: First, rely on self-improvement, find breakthroughs in industry and products, continuously expand business volume, and drive growth; by doing a large scale, doing excellent business, and doing strong management, to reshape the former glory of the Dahuanong Division; Second, quickly use advanced machinery and equipment, and improve the level of automated and intelligent production; Third, optimize management processes and improve the level of information management; Fourth, clarify the positioning of scientific research, improve the level of scientific research, take the group's construction of the new Wen's Research Institute project as an opportunity, clarify the goals of scientific research and economic benefits, increase the intensity of scientific research, and enhance development momentum by promoting scientific and technological progress, boldly recruit leading talents in the industry, and bring more mature products and processes while introducing talents; Fifth, optimize and adjust the organizational structure, activate the enthusiasm of the team's work, and encourage all cadres and employees to have a spirit of dedication and responsibility, to keep making progress, and to lead the development of the industry.

Finally, Chen Ruiai, the group's vice president and president of the Dahuanong Division, said that Dahuanong will further optimize the organizational structure according to the requirements put forward by the board of directors this time, grasp the cutting-edge scientific research direction, improve the level of equipment automation, increase the efficiency per person, activate and maintain the former vigorous state, complete the annual business objectives, and keep up with the group's development pace of "billion-dollar enterprise, century-old Wens".
