To deeply learn and comprehend the "Wens Foodstuffs' Ten
Principles of Uprightness," spread positive corporate energy, and foster a
good corporate culture, the Additive Branch of the Dahua Agricultural Business
Division held a symposium with the theme of "Practicing the Ten Principles
of Uprightness of Wens Foodstuffs, Being a Wens Foodstuffs Person in the New
Era" on the afternoon of August 20, 2018, in the conference room on the
second floor of the Dahua Agricultural headquarters office building. A total of
61 people, including heads of various fifth-level units, team leaders, and
employees with a college degree or above from the branch, attended the
symposium.
At the beginning of the symposium, the cadres and employees sang
the Wens Foodstuffs' anthem and recited the Ten Principles of Uprightness with
vigor, immersing themselves in the clean and upright corporate culture of Wens
Foodstuffs.
Subsequently, cadres and employees from various departments
discussed their understanding and insights into the "Ten Principles of
Uprightness of Wens Foodstuffs" from different perspectives such as theory
and reality, work and life, based on their own work and actual job positions,
and analyzed the content and meaning of the "Ten Principles of
Uprightness" layer by layer.
Finally, Deputy Manager Liu Xiaoyan made comments and summarized the symposium, pointing out that the "Ten Principles of Uprightness of Wens Foodstuffs" are the behavioral norms and codes of conduct for Wens Foodstuffs people in the new era. She called on all units to actively promote and deeply understand these principles, to improve their self-cultivation, strengthen the management of themselves, their families, and their work, and to practice them in their work and life, truly internalizing them in their hearts and externalizing them in their actions, achieving self-cultivation, family harmony, and dedication to their jobs.
