Summarizing 2018 and looking forward to 2019, setting sail on a
new journey, on the afternoon of December 25, 2018, the Chemical Company
organized all business personnel to hold the 2018 Sales Work Summary Meeting at
the Wens Foodstuffs College in Xinxing Lezhu. Vice President of the Dahuanong

that in 2018, despite the rampant African swine fever and the overall
environment of reduced resistance and cost reduction in breeding, the group's
domestic market share steadily increased. The foreign sales business has
maintained high growth for three consecutive years, the dairy drug business has
achieved a good start, laying the foundation for future business growth. In
addition, the sales team continues to grow, its attractiveness is increasing,
and the team's quality is continuously improving. In 2019, all business
personnel must fully recognize the current situation, overcome the impact of
African swine fever, adjust sales strategies, and promote sales work under the
new situation. They need to strengthen the promotion of key chemical products,
new business research, and explore new sales situations for dairy drugs, pet
drugs, and additive products. They should also strengthen team building,
improve the influence of chemical products, maintain sales growth, enhance
technical services, improve the level of internal customer service and
logistics efficiency, and further enhance the comprehensive service level of
marketing.

domestic and foreign sales personnel, and to summarize the company's chemical
product sales experience, on the same morning, domestic and foreign sales
personnel, production and quality, and R&D technical personnel gathered
together to hold a sales work seminar. At the seminar, sales managers from
various regions introduced the sales situation of 2018 in turn, shared the
highlights of the 2018 work, successful sales cases, work experience and insights,
and reported the ideas for 2019 work and specific measures for market
development. At the same time, they also put forward difficulties encountered
