From July 15th to 19th, 2019, the WensFoodstuff Dahuanong Business Division held a sports and cultural event tocelebrate the 36th anniversary of the establishment of Wens Foodstuff Group.
On the afternoon of July 15th at 4:00 PM,with the stirring rhythm of the athletes' march, the color guard and athleterepresentatives, arranged in neat formations, walked past the reviewing standone after another under the guidance of the standard-bearers. The athletes werefull of vigor and high morale, showcasing a healthy, upward, united,enterprising, and courageous spirit with their eye-catching banners, vigoroussteps, and loud slogans. President Chen Rui'ai of the Dahuanong BusinessDivision declared the official opening of the sports event.
After the opening ceremony, the intense andthrilling games began. This sports event included five competitions: men'sbasketball, three-person fun basketball, tug-of-war, collective rope skipping,and badminton. Six teams participated: Xinxingsheng Pharmaceutical, XinxingChemical, Zhaoqing Dahuanong, Additive Branch, Foshan Standard, and theFunctional Departments. Each team engaged in fierce competition.
On the evening of July 19th at 9:00 PM,after several days of hard work on the field by all the teams, the athletes,filled with passion and striving hard, finally determined the winners. TheXinxing Chemical Branch won the championships in men's basketball, funbasketball, and collective rope skipping, the Xinxingsheng PharmaceuticalBranch won the badminton championship, Foshan Standard won the tug-of-warchampionship, the Functional Departments received the Moral Style Award, andthe Additive Branch received the Best Organization Unit Award.
