Our company is now determining the designated carrier for cargo transportation from Xinxing County to some customers in 2021 through public bidding. We sincerely welcome the transport providers with good reputation, rich distribution network resources, advanced management level and strong service concept to come to get the qualification examination form to respond to this tender. The specific contents are as follows:

1. Subject profile content

1. The goods carried are veterinary chemicals, veterinary biological products, feed additives, premixes, veterinary Chinese herbs, and disinfectants, and the accompanying documents and accessories.

2, the outer packaging of the goods is mainly cartons, and a small part is woven bags, buckets, etc.

3. The underlying contract term shall be from June 1,2021 to May 31,2022.

4. From June 2021 to May 2022, about 200,000 parts [Central China], [South China], about 200,000 goods; about 400,000 parts and about 2000 goods (for reference only, according to the actual sales volume).

5. The distribution mode is normal temperature automobile transportation, and the tender is divided into two parts: short distance direct delivery and small load consignment.

2. Basic qualification requirements for bidder access

1. The carrier operates legally, with high integrity, strong sense of time, positive communication, mature operation, compliance with various integrity requirements, efficient management, quick response, good service attitude, no major fault cooperation history, no industry shielding behavior and notification record. The subordinate drivers of the carrier have the corresponding vehicle driving qualification, receive regular training, obey the traffic rules and obey our instructions.

2. The transport vehicle compartment must meet all the epidemic prevention requirements of our company and customers, mainly with solid sealed iron carriage models, and some models of the barn canvas compartment are the top compartment.

3, the same batch of goods must be delivered to the door, unloading warehouse and sorting (not upstairs).

4. Time limit requirements:

A. The short-distance direct delivery part must be delivered within 2 days from the completion of delivery (including the day of delivery).

B. From the next day of delivery, the shipment must be delivered within 3 days in Guangdong Province; Guangxi, Hunan, Hubei, Hainan, Jiangxi must be delivered within 5 days; Guizhou, Yunnan, Chongqing, Henan, Sichuan, Shandong, Anhui, Shanxi must be delivered within 8 days.

5, each business must be signed back (our reply).

6. The settlement of expenses shall be settled monthly, and the monthly expenses shall be settled in the next month with receipts, invoices and details.

7. At least one staff member must be authorized to coordinate and pickup; one business coordinator and one customer service officer must be assigned to handle daily business.

8. Transportation operators for short-distance direct delivery must at least own 5 operating trucks of 3 tons and 5 operating trucks of less than 15 tons (including), and adjust and increase the quantity according to the bid winning situation. The minimum loading capacity of vehicles is about 231 pieces of 3-ton vehicles, 385 pieces of 5-ton vehicles, 615 pieces of 8-ton vehicles, 790 pieces of 10-ton vehicles and 1200 pieces of 15-ton vehicles, comprehensively considering the volume and weight of goods.

9. The carrier must at least legally own or lease more than 8 tons (including) more than 1 truck vehicle, and increase and adjust according to the winning situation.

10. Full compensation for the cargo loss and cargo loss in the process of transportation, and bear all the material costs, working hours costs, handling costs, transportation costs, delivery costs, etc. generated by the replacement and delivery.

11. Pay the bid bond in full and on time.

12. Complete the whole process in strict accordance with the discipline, time limit and requirements of the bidding work of our company. Those who violate relevant regulations or procedures, fail to respond after the deadline, delay, practice fraud, or maliciously disturb the bidding order will be deemed as not qualified, and will be automatically abandoned by the bid, and those who have bad influence will be permanently blocked and transferred to relevant departments for handling.

13. Any verified falsification of qualification will be regarded as a credibility problem of the bidder's enterprise, and our company will punish and record it in strict accordance with relevant regulations.

3. Special qualification requirements for bidder access

1. For the delivery of goods ordered by our pig customers (about 50% of the total), we must go to the designated washing and disinfection point (passing or not passing) to complete the washing and disinfection and other related epidemic prevention measures and testing procedures before delivery. The company and vehicles must unconditionally cooperate and wait for the regulations of disinfection and testing procedures.

2. When responsible for the delivery of goods orders of our pig customers, the delivery vehicles must be van, and the delivery, delivery and arrival must all comply with the relevant epidemic prevention provisions of the contract (washing, disinfection and testing, etc.).

3. The goods responsible for the consignment of small load shall have relevant labeling measures (such as labeling, etc.).

4. The vehicles responsible for short-distance direct delivery must be private special vehicles fixed under the name of the bidder, and shall not be external subcontracting, external attachment, etc., and shall not be loaded with other goods prohibited by our company.

4. Other qualification requirements of the bidder

5. Preliminary qualification examination and bid security

1. Our company shall conduct a preliminary qualification examination of the bidders who meet the basic qualification requirements, determine whether to enter the bidding, and actively notify the docking.

2. The bidder who has passed the preliminary qualification examination must first pay RMB 200,000 yuan / copy (only from public to public transfer) as the bid security to receive the tender form documents. If the bid is won, the deposit will be converted to the contract deposit; if the bid is lost, the deposit will be fully refunded; if the bid is not answered or the bid is abandoned, the deposit will not be refunded.
