Dahuanong won the second prize in the Women's Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Science and Technology Innovation Competition

From September 26 to 27, the final and award ceremony of the 2021 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Women's Technology Innovation Competition (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition") was held in Songshan Lake Science City, Dongguan, Guangdong Province. After intense competition, the project "Research and Application of African Swine Fever Vaccine Creation and Precision Detection Technology" with Chairman Chen Ruiai won the second prize in the competition.

 It is reported that the competition with the theme of "women's scientific and technological innovation to help the development of the Bay Area", closely combined with the development trend of emerging industries, set up a new generation of information technology, high-end equipment manufacturing, new materials, new energy, life science and biotechnology. Since its launch in July, the competition has attracted 899 project teams (enterprises) from more than ten provinces (municipalities, autonomous regions), Hong Kong, Macao and foreign countries, among which 639 projects completed qualification confirmation and entered the preliminary network evaluation; in mid-August, the company competed from 639 preliminary projects and successfully promoted to the top 30. At the end of August, after the roadshow of the rematch, the company successfully promoted to the final 10. At the end of September, the company won the second prize of the competition after the final competition.

The successful holding of the competition has built a platform for female scientific and technological workers to devote themselves to scientific and technological innovation, and encouraged more women to climb the peak of science and technology, and shine on the journey of realizing high-level independence and self-reliance in science and technology.
