【Product Name】Avian Pox Vaccine, Live (Quail-Adapted Strain )

【Main Ingredients and Contents】 This product contains attenuated Avian Pox Virus Quail Adapted Strain(CVCC AV1003). Virus content is ≥ 10^3.0EID₅₀ /dose.

【Properties】Loose spongy crumb, easily separated from bottle wall and rapidly dissolved after adding dilution.

【Indication and Usage】This vaccine is used for preventing Avian Pox. The immune protective period is 5 months for adult chicken and 2 months for newborn chicks.

【Administration and Dosage】This vaccine should be subcutaneously stabbed in the inner side of the wing where there is no vein. Dilute the vaccine with normal saline, then inoculate 1 needle for chicken aged 20-30 days old or 2 needles for chicken over 1 months old. Dilute the aforementioned vaccine solution again for a second time and inoculate 1 needle for chicken aged 6-20 days. The injection site will appear slight redness and swelling, and scab in 3-4 days after inoculation. But the scab will slough in 14-21 days. Breeders can be inoculated again 60 days after first inoculation.

【Precautions】1. The vaccine, which has been diluted, should be put in cool and dark place and used up within 4 hours.

2. When ready for injection, the injection site should be disinfected.

3. The used bottles, instruments and the remaining vaccine should be bio-safety disposal.

4. Check the vaccinated flocks 7 days after inoculation. If there is no symptom on the injection site, the chicken should be inoculated the vaccine once again.
