【Product Name】Reassortant Avian Influenza Virus (H5 Subtype) Bivalent Vaccine, Inactivated (H5N6 Strain H5-Re13+H5N8 Strain H5-Re14)

【Main Ingredients and Contents】Vaccine contains inactivated Resssortant Avian Influenza virus H5N6 subtype H5-Re13 strain and H5N8 subtype H5-Re14 strain. Both of HA titer ≥ 1:256 before inactivation.

【Properties】Milky-white oil emulsion.

【Indications and Usage】The vaccine is used for preventing Avian Influenza caused by Avian Influenza Virus H5 Subtype 2.3.4.4h clade and 2.3.4.4b clade. The immunity is established in 14 days after vaccination and the immune protective period will last for 6 months for chicken. Ducks and geese should be vaccinated again after first administration 3 weeks, and the immunity protective period will last for 4 months.

【Administration and Dosage】Subcutaneous injection in the neck or intramuscular injection in the chest, 0.3mL/bird for chicken between 2 weeks and 5 weeks old; 0.5mL/bird for chicken over 5 weeks old. Duck and goose aged 2~5 weeks, 0.5ml; Duck and Goose over 5 weeks, 1.0ml.

【Side Effects】There are no observed adverse effect generally.

【Precautions】1. Do not use the vaccine in AIV infected chickens or unhealthy chickens.

2. It is strictly forbidden to store the vaccine in freezing.

3. Do not use the vaccine if there is any damages, foreign materials or emulsion breakage and stratification.

4. The vaccine should be recovered to normal temperature and evenly mixed by shaking before use.

5. Sterilized syringes should be used for injection, and needles should be changed timely. It is advisable to have one needle for one chicken.

6. The vaccine should be used up within intraday once unsealed the bottle.

7. It is forbidden to use the vaccine 28 days before slaughter.

8. The pollution such as used bottles, instruments or surplus vaccine after dilution should be disinfected.
