【Product Name】Coccidiosis Trivalent Vaccine for Chickens, Live (E. tenella PTMZ Strain, E. maxima PMHY Strain and E. acervulina PAHY Strain)

【Main Ingredients and Contents】The vaccine contains 3 kinds of coccidium oocysts, including E. tenella (PTMZ Strain), E. maxima (PMHY Strain) and E. acervulina (PAHY Strain). Each dose contains 400± 10% sporulated oocysts.

【Properties】White or off-white solution. It may appear a little precipitation at the bottom of the bottle after standing for a while.

【Indication and Usage】It is used for preventing coccidiosis in broiler chicken. The immunity will be established 14 days after inoculation and last till the end of the raising period.

【Usage and dosage】1. This product is used for chicken aged 3-7 days and administered by drinking water.

2. Inoculation method and dosage: For drinking water, Each chicken will take 1 dose of vaccine. Mix one bottle 1000 doses (or 2000 doses) of vaccine with 6L (or 12L) of water, and then add 1 bottle of 50g/ bottle suspension agent (or 100g/bottle). The vaccine suspension could be provided for 1000 (or 2000) chickens, every chicken could take 6ml coccidiosis vaccine suspension for average. The suspension would be drunk up within 4~6 hours.

【Side Effects】 12~14 days after vaccination, some chickens may excrete bloody feces. There is no need to use drugs in these cases. If the situation becomes serious or chicken die of cocciosis, feed the chicken with sulfaquinoxaline or sulfadimidine with recommended dosage for 1~2 days. The problem may be controlled.

【Precautions】1. Do not store the vaccine in frozen and keep it away from heat source.

2. This vaccine is only for healthy chicken. Shake it evenly before use.

3. Do not add any anti-coccidium drugs in feed.

4. Requirements for the management of expanding and padding.

①It is recommended not to expand the raising area day by day. On the 7th day after vaccinated coccidiosis vaccine, the raising area could be one-step expanded to the area required on the 17th day after vaccinated, ensuring that each chicken could have the same chance to be re-infected.

②Do not replace the padding within the 8-16 days after vaccinated with coccidiosis vaccine.

③The humidity of padding should be better at 25%~30% (Hands can feel slightly wet when touch the padding).

5. Prevention and control of immune suppression disease. Some immune suppression diseases, such as infectious bursal disease, Marek’s disease, mycotoxicosis, will severely affect the establishment of anti-coccidium immunity, and aggravate vaccine reaction. Try to avoid these diseases which may interfere with the product.

6. Reduction the influence of stress factors: The vaccine reaction may be relatively strong on the 12nd-14th day after vaccination. In this period, it is better not to debeak, inject with other vaccines, or transfer the flocks.

【Measurement for waste packages】 The remaining vaccine, the empty bottles, and the used containers and equipment should be collected and sterilized by heat before discarded.
