【Main Ingredients and Contents】Vaccine contains inactivated Reassortant Avian Influenza Virus of H5N1 Subtype, Re-5 Strain. HA titer ≥ 8log2 before inactivation.

【Properties】Milky-white oil emulsion.  

【Indication and Usage】This vaccine is used for preventing chickens, ducks and geese avian influenza that is caused by H5 subtype avian influenza virus. The immunity is established in 14 days after vaccination and the immune protective period will last for 6 months for chicken. Ducks and geese should be vaccinated again after first administration, and the immunity protective period will last for 4 months.

【Administration and Dosage】Subcutaneous injection in the neck or intramuscular injection in the chest. Chicken aged 2~5 weeks, 0.3ml; Chicken over 5 weeks, 0.5ml; Duck and goose aged 2~5 weeks, 0.5ml; Duck over 5 weeks, 1.0ml; Goose over 5 weeks, 1.5ml.

【Side Effects】There are no observed adverse effect generally.

【Precautions】1. Do not use the vaccine in AIV infected chickens or unhealthy chickens.

2. It is strictly forbidden to store the vaccine in freezing.

3. Do not use the vaccine in case it appears damages, foreign materials or emulsion breakage and stratification.

4. The vaccine should be recovered to normal room temperature and evenly mixed by shaking the bottle well before using.

5. Needles should be changed timely. It is advisable to have one needle for one chicken.

6. The vaccine should be used up within intraday once unsealed the bottle.

7. The used bottles, remaining vaccine and utensils shall be disinfected and destroyed.

8. It is forbidden to use the vaccine 28 days before slaughter.
