Guangdong Wens Dahuanong Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wens Food Group Co., Ltd. (stock code: 300498). It is a high-tech enterprise with an integration of research and development, production, sales and technical services of veterinary biological products and veterinary pharmaceutical preparations.

The company was formerly named as Guangdong Dahuanong Animal Health Products Co., Ltd. and was merged by Wens Share in 2015, which made the group wholly listed on the market. On Aug.4th, 2015, in order to undertake the business of Guangdong Dahuanong Animal Health Products Co., Ltd. to expand and strengthen the animal healthcare business, Guangdong Wens Dahuanong Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was established with a funding of ￥150 million by Wens.

The company now has more than 800 employees, including 14 doctors and 35 postgraduates. More than 100 R&D personnel engaged in long-term research and development for high-tech products and this have provided strong technical strength for the company development.The company now has two production bases (Wens Technological Park and Xincheng Industrial Park in Xinxing County, Yunfu City, Guangdong Province), two branches (Animal Healthcare Factory and Guangzhou Branch), eight modern production workshops passed GMP acceptance by the Ministry of Agriculture of China, and over 30 independent production lines which has acquired the production approval for more than 30 vaccine products and over 200 kinds of veterinary products for poultry and livestock.

The BSL-3 Laboratory jointly established with Sun Yat-sen University is qualified to carry out researches on pathogens of major animal diseases such as highly pathogenic avian influenza virus.
